"Steve" the Steak is one of the main antagonists in Don't Hug Me I'm Scared 5 and the supposed leader of the The Healthy Band. He and Lesley the Spinach Can are mainly responsible for causing the "death" of Duck Guy by manipulating Yellow Guy in a song.

Teachings

The teachings of Steak can be summed up in three major points.

1. Unhealthy food is healthy.
2. Healthy food makes your teeth go grey.
3. Unhealthy foods are unhealthy because organs believe they are rude.
