The creators of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared have created products that were sold to the Don't Hug Me I'm Scared fans, they mostly consist of shirts; three shirt designs were given as rewards for donating to the Kickstarter.

- The Kickstarter shirts can still be bought on Becky and Joe's website.
- On 2 March 2017, Becky hosted a special event in which a fan makes a post with the hashtag #ROYDVDFORME, and her Instagram username, @becky.sloan, and the fan selected from Roy's favorite hat the following week will be given a special Roy DVD.
